- Committee voted 3-0 to expand the Tenderloin overnight retail closure pilot into SoMa and extend it 18 months from the ordinance's effective date.
- The rule blocks retail food and tobacco stores from opening 12 a.m.–5 a.m. (or 2 a.m.–5 a.m. for ABC-regulated stores). Restaurants and bars are not affected.
- Committee voted 3-0 to recommend a liquor license transfer for Amal's Market at 1416 Haight Street.
